By accessing or using the Water2AI website (water2ai.com) or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Water2AI Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation.

Water2AI provides a governance and certification platform for healthcare AI, including access to governed clinical intelligence tools, study modules, audit capabilities, and related services. The platform is designed to assist qualified healthcare professionals and organizations in evaluating and governing AI outputs in clinical contexts.
Water2AI is not a medical device as defined by the FDA or equivalent regulatory bodies. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
3. Eligibility and Access
Access to the Water2AI platform is granted by invitation or application only. To use the platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a qualified healthcare professional, researcher, student, or authorized organizational representative
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Water2AI reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Water2AI platform to:
- Enter, upload, or transmit patient-identifiable information, medical records, or any Protected Health Information (PHI/PII)
- Make clinical decisions solely based on platform outputs without independent professional judgment
- Reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's proprietary technology or architecture
- Circumvent access controls or security measures
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
- Represent platform outputs as your own original clinical analysis
5. Confidentiality
The Water2AI platform contains proprietary and confidential information of Water2AI Inc. and ViroVita HealthGlobal Inc. By accessing the platform, you agree to keep all platform content, methodology, and outputs strictly confidential and not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Water2AI Inc.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, trademarks, trade names, logos, and proprietary processes on the Water2AI platform — including but not limited to the Proof of Purity™ certification framework, the Clinical Truth Vault (CTV), and the Water2AI name and droplet mark — are the exclusive property of Water2AI Inc. and ViroVita HealthGlobal Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Water2AI's intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
THE WATER2AI PLATFORM DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. All content on the platform is for informational and governance purposes only. Clinical outputs are certified against physician-approved knowledge bases but do not replace the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decisions. Water2AI expressly disclaims any liability for clinical decisions made in reliance on platform outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Water2AI Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for platform access in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Water2AI Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
